Strong hierarchies. No room for new ideas. A general lack of personal maturity from the management and middle-management that translates into a very emotional or even aggressive behavior.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Should get a better understanding of what team-empowerment is.
They should be more opened to criticism listen and think about it instead of acting defensively.
Shouting and disrespectful attitudes towards the workers should be banned.
Teams should stop blaming each other and start working together.
The team managers should take responsibility for it's mistakes instead of just blaming the members of its own team.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It is overall bad. Teams are a mesh of individuals that don't really know how to work together. People blame other coworkers when things don't work rather that taking responsibility.
Kommunikation
Communication between teams is bad. Communication between the management is worse.
Work-Life-Balance
Between the main reasons that I was fired was that I didn't work in the weekends, that I stayed home too many times because my kid was sick (which I had only done twice...) or because I just left work at 18:00 (after working 8h).
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Scolding and shouting is common. Insulting memebers of other teams is common too.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
One is given courses that one didn't ask for and that don't fit what one's position.
