The openness for various projects and the desire that all employees shape their own further development. A Culture Committee has been set up, in which everyone can participate voluntarily to promote ideas, initiatives or campaigns. There is a budget - it just has to be implemented :)
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Edelman offers great benefits and aims to make all employees proud to work at Edelman. It is important that all these benefits or employee orientation (whether local or global) are reported more. There are so many things that are not known and therefore not used.
Kommunikation
Edelman communicates very openly and transparently at all levels, which gives you a great overview of upcoming projects, sales targets and also challenges. These meetings take place regularly, so I feel well informed at all times.
In addition, there are regular meetings with the extended management circle to discuss initiatives, plan measures or even capture the mood in the teams.
Work-Life-Balance
Even at the global level, this is a high priority, so every employee receives a free premium membership to CALM. In addition, we had World Mental Health Day off (or it was made up) and open communication is requested when there are too many projects on the table.
There is a guideline on how to deal with overtime and the goal continues to be that no staff member works overtime!
Gleichberechtigung
Diversity and Inclusion is part of the global corporate strategy and many discussion rounds, project weeks, trade fair visits or even initiatives are offered.
