I am writing here while I am about to leave, however let me take this chance to thank all people and the company for all opportunities, helps, kindness, flexibilities and so on.
edoc will be one of the best companies in my career. The founder grew up also in the IT business, therefore he (or they) knows very well what employees want.
The employer always truly thinks about and care the employees which is a significant factor for a good company.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In some type of processes/projects/technologies, it will be very difficult if "the line of decision making" and "communication pattern" are not prepared well.
There are always unbelievable chaotic or unpleasant situations which should be avoided by solid organization.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I have an idea which might improve the direct communication from employee-to-company. Every 6 months or a year, there will be about 180-200 pages of online-training course and assessment.
What if, 10-20 pages will be reduced, and add a page of the mandatory questionnaire which asks employees their opinion about the company. Perhaps, 2 or 3 main questions which might reflect some current issue or feeling.

In overview, it looks great when considering the basic combination like company-job-people.
Kommunikation
Above average. Even the company has levels of hierarchy, but you can communicate directly to anyone easily even the founder, if you want.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It's perfect in overall. It's likely you work with friends rather than typical work colleagues. Everyone tries to help you at their best.
Work-Life-Balance
It's quite good, even though it depends on what role and responsibility you have.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I think they tried and did ok, even though there are so many issues and limitations. One of main issue is probably they need to make the decision base on the company strategy, therefore the outcome sometimes does not fit or make the actual problem better.
Interessante Aufgaben
Basically, the numbers of roles are very interesting and cover many interesting technologies. However, it was overwhelmed by the issue of the boundary, responsibility, accountability which are always messy and difficult to control.
Gleichberechtigung
Women and men are treated equally and nice here. There are also national/origin diversity of employees.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The employee ages are diverse and mixed from very young to veteran. Long-serving colleagues are always valued as well.
Arbeitsbedingungen
One of the best offices I ever worked with. Location and facilities are perfect and well prepared with premium grade office equipment’s e.g., lot of spaces, laptop, desk, canteen, coffee machine, air conditioner, etc. The founder always improves and makes the office at the best condition. The office is usually being new renovated almost every quarter or 6 months.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The environment surrounding the company looks good, clean, safe and environment friendly. The company has also the solar cell and e-charger for cars.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Even salary is quite average, but there are a lot of attractive benefits. The good thing is the company really cares employees and can offer a unique benefit to each individual employee.

Image and marketing are very strong here. As a service provider company, the company image always looks great, modern, cutting-edge and professional.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Even it's not easy because of the company size, but I think the company did well. The company seems to have lots of spaces for every career level to grow.
