poor communication between levels of management
very few promotions from within-- one supervisor was promoted and two months later her job was eliminated and she was not allowed to revert to previous position regardless of her stellar perfromance
Poor leadership results in a negative environment that is conducive of team-work
supervisors that are genuinely trying to hit their production numbers are hindered by poor support from warehouse which causes stressful situations for employees
employees are told at last minute that they have to work over-time or on off days
female to male diversity is extremely off balance. the majority of the supervisors are male.

there are no plans available, even after being promised, to develop career paths for those interested in promotion
Again, there are contract workers in HR that are not qualified to make decisions. One, in particular, makes recommendations to the US CEO without making rational decisions.

The Health and Safety Coordinator is very lax when it comes to taking care of the employees needs such as cleanliness, temperatures, safe equipment, etc in the plant. There have been 3 serious OSHA violations in the past two years that resulted in employees losing functions of hands, fingers, etc.
family time is not important to management and supervisors
very poor--even have heard the city council speak negatively towards managements ethics
