Until everythings went well it was very relaxed, as a first problem came up I got fired with an emial, without even having the chance to talk about it.

After many months of positive cooperation my supervisor did not trust me, prefered to tell on me instead of discussing the issue, correct my mistake and support me. The words Team and Leader are unknown here, there are no shared responsabilities but only faults.

Quite fake, plays young and indipendent, is just a business with usual profit dynamics. Completely prone to the customer decisions with no internal ethic, no solidarity and zero understanding for human's mistakes.
