A lot of emails are being sent to you, you need to be free for work events or meetings in the evenings too.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Unfortunately very disappointing. No chance for dialog. Condescending attitude towards some employees but very friendly with others. Completely out of line/borderline insulting even sometimes.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Sometimes (more often than not) you end up alone in a room with all the kids. No possibility to have help because the other colleagues are sick, off or already overwhelmed.
