To not control the employees... Perhaps they should reanalyse the "mobile working"-(home office) situation. Usually some departments aren't aloud to have home office.

TOXIC! My health depreciate extremely. The experience here is an trauma, my psyche is damage. Those are really extremely frightening, distressing and depressing events.

What communication? Employee is not aloud to say anything in front of the boss. Employee is stupid. Boss knows everything. The boss talks, employees listen. Really this is the hell on earth!
