Mobbing, discrimination and defamation.
"Dog eat dog". Selective manners, no respect, defamation, judgementality.
Selective manners and shows mistrust towards employees at the same level. Set an effect of psychological terror. Judgementality threevs in the culuturel. Eventually group harassment.
Exclusive not inclusive between employees. Some are not respectful, exposes discriminating manners.
Very poor! Selective method which sets discriminating effect towards other employees. Bad culture.

Due the selective manner, only a few employees enjoy new knowledge. Employees at the same level do not enjoy the same intern training due to the selective manner.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
As a fact, the mood driven by the higher positions.
It is not the company itself but it is some of individuals in it.
- As long the promotors continue to exist, the culuture continues. The intern agreements (anti-mobbing, -defamation, -discrimination etc.) are ineffective to such a culture. The affected individual cannot complain due to the party who would take the complain could one of the promotors eventually.
Wage is always on time! Very generous indeed! The company is trying to inhibit the spread of such a destructive culture through agreements between employee and the employer, in order to create a peaceful working environment and a respectful intern culture.
Not international enough regarding employee selection. It is more in the direction of a conservative type.
