I've never had so much freedom in my job. I can bring my ideas to Exasol because my voice counts here. In our team we respect each other very much and we can rely on each other.
The teamwork with the other departments also works great. The open door policy works really well. You can always ask for help and express your thoughts.
I especially appreciate the decisions of the management during COVID-19, where the employees could work from home on a very early stage. The health of the employees is really imporant to the management!

The company is growing more and more, the management must provide the right support for growth. For me personally, it would be important for Exasol to take even more care of employee development than it already does.
