Free lunches and the occasional team gathering/celebration
I strongly disapprove of the company’s attitude towards employee success. Yes, it’s important to hold employees to a high standard which Exeter Hospital claimed to do. However, their expectations were beyond unrealistic. Value and take care of your employees rather than burning them out after only three months of employment.
