expertlead is a global community for highly qualified tech freelancers.

Our mission is to bring together the best tech freelancers and to further promote their professional development through knowledge exchange and challenging projects.

We also work together with our highly skilled community to continuously optimise our qualification process for our newer members.

For our corporate clients which range from leading multinationals to tech startups, we not only identify and technically evaluate the most suitable candidates or fully-fledged team that matches their projects’ needs but also take care of project administration. This enables our clients to fully focus on building and shipping products in the most time and cost effective way.

We already are a 55+ strong team and have Acton, Rocket Internet and Seek backing us as investors to revolutionize the IT staffing market as a tech company.

Flexible working hours

Our usual working hours are 9:00 – 18:00. You can come to the office in between 8:00 and 10:00. Our building is accessible 24/7. Lunch break is 1 hour and usually takes place between 12:00 – 14:00.

Free fruits, drinks and snacks

Either because you forgot your breakfast, or you want to take the edge off your hunger in the evening, you will always be served with different drinks, fresh fruits and vegetables and delicious snacks.

Sports / PS4 / Lan parties and other events

We’re a tech company - of course we regularly enjoy competing in different games on different game-systems. We do also compete in the Urban Sports Club soccer league - we still need more people to participate - and most importantly: it’s all about the fun!

  • As an applicant, we expect you to be informed about the benefits & service we offer to clients and members of our freelance community. Depending on the position some candidates in addition to interviews will have to do a test task- but of course we will inform you in advance.

  • We try to make our selection processes as smooth as possible. Our HR team is working hard to submit feedback on every application and for us it is important to ensure a flexible, personalized and efficient recruiting process.   • Our selection process varies depending on the different positions. Normally, a standard process would consist of 3 main steps:

    1st interview with our HR Team
    : you’ll gain insights about expertlead: what we do and how does our culture have an impact on it.

    2nd Technical Interview your department
    : take the chance to get a broader image about your future role and tasks, as well as getting to know your team and their daily structure a bit better.

    3rd Cultural fit interview with one of our co-founders
    : you’ll close the circle with a holistic perspective of expertlead and our mission

    *Please note that internship and working student applications would consist normally on a 2 step process
