Expondo has to work on its brand image both in terms of business brand and employer brand. This in order to get bigger opportunities both in terms of business and recruitment.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Really good atmosphere overall. You feel really fast at ease in this "still middle-sized" company. It's easy to get to know each other if you want to. Also easy to have time on your own if you need it.

Perfect communication within my own department.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Expondo's human resources are to me its main strength. Everybody knows what they have to do. And all are able to both work efficiently and in a friendly atmosphere. The company is still middle-sized which allows everybody to know each other quite easily.
Work-Life-Balance
Working schedules are very flexible which allows every employees to plan their work-life quite well I believe. Working hours are counted monthly in my case, so I can work more one week and less the next one if I want to. Decent amount of paid holidays even if it could be more of course.
Interessante Aufgaben
Regarding my own position I can assure that the tasks I am working on are really interesting. I keep getting gradually more and more responsibilities which is great. And this, at a fair pace.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most of the employees are fairly young, but absolutelly no problem with the few ones that are a bit older.
Arbeitsbedingungen
All softwares you need to do serious digital marketing (in my case) are available. And if one is missing you can always ask for new technology; make your case for it and eventually it will come.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I believe the salaries given at Expondo are absolutelly decent if I compare with the different offers I had while I was looking for such a position. There is also a very good discount on a yearly fitness center subscribtion that I personally took advantage of.

I think the vast majority of Expondo employees are good promoters of the company. And actually I think its image as an employer is overlooked and it would be great for Expondo to work on that because they deserve a stronger recognition in my opinion.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I believed there are here great career opportunities for young graduates and employees willing to stay for a few years in the company. Expondo is growing fast, so some junior manager positions are opening and given to loyal employees. As a young graduate, you can even have the opportunity to manage your first interns and working students pretty fast if you are in a department growing fast like mine.
