It really depends on whether you’re in the main office or deployed on a project.
Back in the main office in Stuttgart, you really get the best work-life-balance.
Unfortunately can’t say the same regarding project sites. The work can really tire you out. You’re almost always doing overtime.
Grateful for Flexitime but when the workload is too much, there’s really no way to take time off.
