Intransparent evaluation process and unprofessional communication
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I was asked to spend 1 hour for an analytical assessment of my abilities, and soon after I was contacted to provide further documents (i.e. employment certificates) together with some information about my professional background. I thought I passed the analytical assessment, but then I've received an email informing me that I am not considered any longer without giving any reason why. If the decision were right after the survey, I would have understood why. But, after this time-consuming process, at least I would deserve to be informed about the reason why I was not shortlisted. Is it really the professional way of doing so? I guess. no. I would suggest the employers or HR team to be more respectful to the job applicants and more transparent about their evaluation especially if they are asking people to spend 1 additional hour for such a survey.
