My teammates are great but IT leadership is not.
Management micro-manages instead of allowing employees to do their job in the best way possible.
Current leadership likes to micro-manage employees
Communication from leaders is very poor
Cannot concentrate in the open floor plans.
IT should be allowed to work remotely but that is frowned upon by current leadership
- Allow flexibility in where and when to work.
IT was allowed to work remotely for 8 years (before being moved back to an office). Working remotely was the best work experience of my life.
Leadership needs to allow employees to wok in a manner that is best for the employee instead of dictating how to do a job.
