no open communication, no transparency. no on boarding

working atmosphere was great, i like the team, ppl are nice and friendly
Kommunikation
with colleagues were great, but with the lead somehow was not that cool
Vorgesetztenverhalten
we do not warn ppl if they did a mistake, this was what they told me.
I don't know how can co-work grow in such kind of environment, with no onboarding at all.
