sexism, unrespectful attitude to female kolleagues, lack of management, HR hires based on what?
start with HR, retire all of them and think of goals, missions, tram spirit maybe?
Almost everything, except the negativity very few people spread. Bad apples and all...but why don't you just check the market and find a better fit? Let the rest of us be happy with what we have.
Hire for culture first, but keep an eye on the professionalism and possibilities within each team. Some hires don't fit the culture at all (I think) and some departments could be much more experienced.

Modern job with many communication channels, where people can reach you. I am really bad at saying no, so I work overtime quite often. It's still fun and I could just say "no".
In house knowledge database, budget for external seminars and some days off work. There could be a better focus on individual development and "advertisement" of the need to never stop learning.
My salary is good, although I don't know how I will further develop. I think career-tracks are in the making right now.
Let us do some more in that regard. I suggest something like Christmas boxes for kids in 3rd world countries, collecting trash as a group-event, offering open door days for school children (job education program), collaborating with NPOs more in depth.
Awesome in most teams. Some black sheep really dilute an awesome culture and hurt our happiness and satisfaction. Very few, though.

Basically alright. Again, very few individual people are somewhat "special" in their approach with people. They will listen to justified criticism/ideas/opinions nevertheless. Just don't "waste" their time!
I am really confused about some criticism on here. Cannot understand how some people won't understand how great all the equipment, the freedom of choice, the teams with their individual members and the involvement in decision making actually is.
Ask and get answers. Most important information will reach you without need of being proactive
