Quite good. Found a lot of cool people / friends
Kommunikation
Communication always has been pretty bad. Internal / developments are not or pretty poorly communicated with others. However, the company-wide communication has improved over the years
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Quite good, but you can feel the difference of mentality between old(school), who have been there when the company was still small, and new colleagues
Work-Life-Balance
Worked 15hrs on several occasions. From some people it's more or less expected to deliver this workload whereas other do 40hrs all year long.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Had the luck to have a quite supportive supervisor, who has grown in his on role (beginning was quite shaky)
Interessante Aufgaben
If you want, you can get a lot of cool projects
Gleichberechtigung
Double standards (not gender-based) between different teams and entities (IT is it's own company)
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There were not a lot, but I wouldn't expect them to get a worse threatment then others.
Arbeitsbedingungen
No AC, daily fight for meeting rooms, sometimes overcrowded offices, network outrages, IT support not existent...
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
It's okay nowadays, but nothing extraordinary.
