The environment is constantly changing, as is logical when growing from 0 to 1000 in 6 years. It really developed for the better during the last two years.

Communication is a challenge in any big company, especially when you're growing that fast. However, there are lots of channels and we try to get away from email ping pong every chance we get.

Really great, I believe a great team is the most important thing in a job. Being "green" is not just a marketing thing.

There really are a lot of opportunities for home-office, people going and returning for parental leave, trust based working times, easy tools for managing vacation and sick leave etc.

While this often comes down to personal preference, for me it's working out very good.

You can choose your own tasks, there is a LOT of autonomy, enabled by OKRs. Management sets the goals, employees decide how to reach them.

We are super multicultural, I haven't witnessed any form of discrimination in my long time here. Gender doesn't matter either obviously.

Depends a bit on the department I think, however there is wide range between young experienced people here.

As said, being green is actually lived here.

If you really want to, there are so many possibilities to grow and develop yourself, try different roles and positions, as the company is still steadily growing.
