We handled it like a team. Nobody was fired and everything was not as scary as expected.

I really like the working atmosphere, we have all that we need, and a nice silent happy working space. Free coffee, cookies, fruits.. and we eat together or go on walks together, so it's a fun-place.

Everyone is very approachable and always happy to help.

Except for the times when a deadline is approaching, we have very flexible working hours.. no extra pressure or no expectation to work extra time.

My supervisor is very amiable, very approachable, very nice. He's always open to complains or demands. Also, every friday is a fun-friday, so we can work on a topic of our choice.. maybe learning something new or anything.

Most of the colleagues are in the age group of 25-35. So no such issues.
