Of course you Sirs and Madams are facing difficulties with employees because for hard work you are not looking to spend money. How come other huge employers are not making commercials and trying to make theirs work place look more attractive? Because people talk. They meet and tell each other how was their day, week, year. And then they compare and take decisions.

Most work touching decisions are made under closed door so after it will be revealed nobody could disagree with that. Sad but funny.
