Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
For many situations, if you have questions or need help, you wont be able to find any right contact person for you, never. In the HR department (main department to run as a "personal service provider") you will always get the information such as: please call to the other number, please speak to mr. or ms. xxx, then the one sends you to the next.
Nothing is good. The big and main problem is the communicating way between you+them: threatening and putting you under pressure. For only one purpose: you have only to accept the way it is. You should not ask, not say anything, just work the way they put you on. Because for attending you as a worker there is nobody, but only for low budget and work through for their work process.
In the end, if you decide to left the company, you will get (same as many others have this problem) such a difficult way to have an employment reference. Some have to wait for months or even years. They give you words from month to month and send you form one contact person to another, but none of outcome.
Now no more of writing, just conclusion: due to the true experiences from many ex-employees, do you still want to work here?
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Bei Problemen oder Anfragen ist eigentlich unmöglich den richtigen Ansprechpartner zu finden, weil keiner sich dafür zuständig füllt und man immer nur an den Nächsten verwiesen wird.
Das einzige Mittel, das die Firma in der Kommunikation gegenüber ihren Mitarbeitern kennt, ist ihnen zu drohen und sie unter druck zu setzen. Das Ziel ist immer das gleiche, nichts sagen und alles akzeptieren. Denn um den Mitarbeiter kümmert sich hier niemand, doch nur um kosten Reduktion und Effizienz.
Wenn sich jemand dann entschlossen hat das Unternehmen zu verlassen bekommt er mit großer Regelmäßigkeit als Abschiedsgeschenk den Ärger ein Arbeitszeugnis zu bekommen. Mann wartet Monate bis Jahre und wird immer vertröstet und immer von einem Ansprechpartner zum nächsten geschickt.
Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: laut vieler Erfahrungen von Ex-Mitarbeiter, Finger weg von diesem Arbeitgeber! Alles läuft ungerecht!

I will tell you the real story, as I was in this company for a long time and in many different positions, so I know how this company clearly runs. The company acts as a "PERSONAL SERVICE PROVIDER" and a subcompany from Fraport. Before "FraGround" they were "APS Airport Personal Service" but because they had so many bad calling on this name, they tried to change themselves by clearing its name and promote in other ways. Their business concerns mainly about to fulfil each work section from Fraport where low budget for work crews are (e.g. ground operation, baggage transporter)
Ich muss mir mal die Zeit nehmen, um alles zu schreiben, da ich sehr lange dabei war & in vielen verschiedenen Positionen gearbeitet habe, darum weiß ich, was dort abläuft. Die Firma ist ein Personaldienstleister+Tochtergesellschaft Fraport. Damals hieß die Firma „APS Airport Personal Service“, aber wegen ihres immer schlechter werdenden Rufes hat sie sich versucht mit nem neuen Namen reinzuwaschen. Sie kümmert sich nur darum, jede Abteilung von Fraport mit billigen Arbeitskräften zu besezen.
