The training, especially for juniors, is well structured and one of the best in the market. You get both theoretical and hands-on training and guidance. If you have any questions, you can ask anyone in the business, from direct colleagues up to Director stage. Everyone is happy to help and support you to become a very good consultant.
Besides the financial opportunities, the atmosphere in the Frankfurt office (where I was located) is excellent. Everyone gets on really well with each other, we laugh a lot and work hard together.
