Not a fair and honest company
They are more worried about PepsiCo profits and shareholders.
Hire managers with no background in business. They use a threatening or bullying way of managing.
Group of individuals, not a team. Will stab each other in the back thinking they can advance or save their own job.
If you work 20 miles away or more from office, they will allow independent work, otherwise, prepare to be micro managed from people who don't know the job or market.
You are on a need to know basis, meaning you just don't need to know.
Females are preferred. Hopefully some will come forward and share stories of connections with management.

Some get along, but mass majority don't care about each other.

Don't prepare you for any type of career or advancement. They only want you for a short time.

Fair but they have new pay plan allowing them to take money from you. Also made sales force pay for recalls.
Always walking on egg shells.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
Problem with dumpster divers and garbage is always littering neighborhood.
Work first, family later.
Increasingly becoming more embarrassing and negative. Hate to even list them a prior employer on resume.
- Hire qualified management and quit operating company like a socialistic government.
Inequality, lack of job security, management, not trustworthy.
