Funding Circle has a great mission (creating access for small business to finance and for crowd investors to an interesting asset class). After Funding Circle took over the Berlin based former Zencap - a Rocket Internet outfit - there were some tough times in aligning the businesses including a bit of fluctuation in the management team. These times are over now and it is now a great place to work with a highly motivated and interenational team, competitive salaries and a great working atmosphere. Berlin is the Funding Circle hub for international expansion and set for growth. Exciting times for new joiners and current staff!
