Hello ex-colleague,

thanks a lot for your feedback about your time at gamigo. We appreciate your honesty and openness which helps us a lot to reflect our working circumstances and improve them if necessary.

We are very happy to hear that you had positive experience with cohesion of colleagues in your team and the work-life-balance at gamigo. Of course, we know that working can be stressful and crazy from time to time but we do our best to support our employees in this times. Great to hear that this pays off!

However, we are somewhat shocked by your negative assessment of supervisor behavior and social awareness and would like to know the reasons for this. Unlike you mentioned, we take our employees seriously. Therefore, we would have liked you to come to our HR office to talk about the problems and sort them out.
