Recruiting was outsourced to a czech GE HR department, which is completly unprofessional, and not invested at all in the process.

I had 2 calls, each time 1h, with an Recruiting consultant from GE Czech republic.

The atmosphere she managed to create was really disagreeable, and pure random.
I had the feeling she must do these calls to fullfill her weekly KPIs, and was absolutely not interested in hearing the candidate.

It was planned that she will send me an invitation for a face to face interview in Germany, but she never send it to me, and never called me back after the 2 first telephone call.

Not reacting to the calls and emails I sent.
After 2 months without response and silence, I decided to break any further discussion.
