Lacks structure, people are not treated same, huge difference in terms of working conditions between different departments, unclear communication from above. Too personal: often feedback sessions, interviews go deep into personal level and they are overwhelming with no clear outcome from such exchanges for professional development. Structure, clarity is lacking in an ever-changing environment.

Try to keep working pace and don't let the fast growth produce the vast sense of confusion and disappointment when it comes to 'handling' employees. Be more clear with changes, hiring decisions, working conditions and make people that their opinion and engagement are REALLY listened/valued.

completely different attitude in general meetings where a lot are promised and encouraged. In reality criticism is overheard even if it is to improve certain processes or working conditions. So called flat hierarchy is non-existent.

not enough chances for everyone: you have to impress 'certain people' in order to get promoted. And no need to mention this has not much to do with your qualifications or performance. Internal recruitment processes could definitely improve and more transparency can be achieved.
