loyality and good work is not awarded at all. people that go along well with the management are the ones able to make career, even if they work terribly

we were obliged to work with a super bright light even during summer, as apparently "this is the German law"
some rooms were extremely loud, as there were more than 50 people on the phone without any sound barreers

instead of creating proper positions, the company prefers to exploit current employees by asking them to do extra tasks and projects for the same salary
