Company has the attitude of take it or leave it employment. If you don't like something then go find another job. Male dominated culture with a God complex.
Has a reputation for throwing people under the bus. Management bows to corporate all the time. Napoleon leadership style.
Only when it benifits the project or will make the company look good infront of the client. A lot of chiefs and almost no Indians.
Be prepared to be on your own with little support and not much oversight. Its not working independently as much as just unsupervised.
All communications flow downhill on only what the leadership precieves needs to be known. No transparency, very controlling and secretive.
Barely any at all. Majority of men with issues of hiring women. Old school fire and police department attitudes.

Very little. There is no push to grow. You either come in as management or you stay a worker bee. Any continuation education in your job is on you alone. They don't even pay for CPR rectification.

Not at all. For a company that claims to be "Global" expect to be living as a 2nd class citizen when traveling abroad. No upgrades. Worked there for 3 years. Not a single raise or bonus. No perks unless you count free band aides.
Not hostile but not an open door type of place.

When working outside the U.S. the policy is do as the locals do.
None. You are expected to give up your soul inexchange for the privilege to work for the company. They give you a job you give them everything. Not even a gym membership discount.
It looks good from the outside.
- Stop hiring white racist South Africans to work outside of the U.S. on your contracts. Especially don't put them in management positions. Give bonuses for your contract employees. Offer health care benifits for international workers.
The opportunity to work outside the U.S. to pad the resume.
They never defend their employees. They will fire you before giving a reprimand. They will save money at the cost of employee comfort. They are not prepared to handle contracts in remote locations for mobile medic teams. They have no experience and have hired the wrong management to handle tactical medicine.
