I really like that GSG is really improving in all their process and procedures and aiming to become a truly global company. They put a lot of effort into training and coaching all employees as well as supporting us as good as possible.

There's not a lot to improve, but in general we should take environmental and CSR issues into more focus.

For a company that size communication is ok, but could be faster sometimes. It really depends on the respective manager how fast important information is communicated.

Just great. You can have a lot of fun while you are always able to receive and give constructive feedback as well.

In general very good, sometimes you still feel to "maturity" of the organization. But that has been improving lately, too.

I have never worked in a company that has been as diverse as Global Savings Group. As far as I can tell everyone is treated the same.
