Awesome company but many things to improve
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The company tries to do a lot for their people with free stuff, parties, hackertons and stuff, feedback sessions, coachings etc. The atmosphere is quite good and friendly.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
it got quite corporate and hierarchic, the managers aren't professional and many decisions aren't thought through at all.

not so many blind decisions and listen to the people that have more knowledge then the managers
take feedback seriously when you get it bc it hasn't any effect

Very cool people there and strong teams.
Kommunikation
Everything announced long before but worked on last minute with changes last minute. Despite many meetings there is a lack of information.

Work-Life-Balance
No home office except you have a specific reason. You can come between 8 and 10 in the morning but not one minute later than 10
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Not many professional managers, childish games of power of some in middle management positions. Structure change out of the blue that wasn't effective, separated well working teams and didn't work out already years ago. No room to debate on that.
Interessante Aufgaben
All interesting things we worked on were stopped one after another and left was just monkey work that should and could have been automated
