Be aware that news - and especially bad news - spread fast between the workers. Frank and quick communication from leads is always the best way!

Very positive working atmosphere - you can hear people laughing, discussing, talking frankly or simply listening music to concentrate on their work
Kommunikation
Typical issues which I noticed in every company which I worked for so far. Communication between colleagues super, between teams its already starting to get a bit more complicated. Positive to mention is that even a frank feedback is always appreciated from the leads which I spoke to so far.

A lot of tasks and some of them very challenging! My lead tries to fit the job to my abilities and skills and doesn't want me to squeeze in an already existing job. Very appreciated
