No work-life-balance at all. Working around 55-65 h per week. Overtime is not paid or cannot be used for days off since there is no system to track the working hours. Despite the contract clearly says that overtime of more than 20h per month is paid.

Lots of product waste. Focus is on Expansion, no matter at which costs

Salary for start-up is okay. But due to the excessive amount of unpaid overtime the hourly wage is not good
