A good atmosphere in the warehouse with a diverse, international workforce.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lack of basic corporate structures. Management is completely detached from warehouse level workforce.

Establish a functioning human resources department. Give us cargo bikes as standard.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Riders and supervisors very nice in my warehouse. Not so much in the others I visited.

There is no HR Department, the warehouse-managers can not even pay us if there is money missing

The riders are like family with each other in my warehouse.
Work-Life-Balance
As a part time rider the shifts have different hours every day and change every week. Often we get the shifts for the next weeek assigned on thursday the week before.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The ones with power do nothing to help us and the supervisors with no power are quite nice.

As a rider you ride, there is nothing more which is fine.
Gleichberechtigung
Management is mostly guys but within the riders there is good diversity and a welcoming spirit.

There are no "old" (>45) people which is a lack of diversity in my personal opinion.
Arbeitsbedingungen
They do not provide phones. The bikes can be dangerous (risk of life) to ride in the rain. We are being told to work during official storm warnings.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They sell "environmentally friendly" lifestyle products. Other than that they do the legal minimum in every regard (waste etc.). Altough their business model in general is carbon friendly if the customers choose Gorillas instead of driving a car to the store.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Every rider I talked to was missing salary at some point. Getting this money back means going to court because no one takes responsibility for it at Gorillas and the warehouse managers can not pay us.
They pay riders 12€/hour which is slightly more than minimum wage. We receive the tips from the app without any deductions although I recommend checking the amount every month for mistakes.

Gorillas is a joke. Could be a satirical project to make fun of start-up culture. They have their own record label but no HR.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They promise that promotions are possible for "everyone" but it is all down to personal connections and not related to performance and skill.
