Has a 40 year history and strives for greatness.
They need to be more receptive to others needs.
There are too many little teams competing against the entire team.
They do let you do your job without micro-managing.
They need to work at letting others know vital changes within the company.
This could be improved upon, seeing more women in positions of power.

I was paid well but saying thanks for a job well done was rare.
Nice office, hard working people trying to do their job. Poor design plan, attaching garage to front office.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
Not sure of this one, they do require demolition of grounds but they try to restore it to how it was before.
They try to let the employees have family time.
Seemed to have a strong image.
- To start paying for sick days, PTO and 401K contributions. To realize they need good people in order to be a good company and to reward without strings attached. Get rid of bad employees who don't want to work, they impede those who do want to work.
The owner is generous with bonuses and seems to be genuine with his employees.
For all the good things the owner does, there is always pay back due, on top of just doing your job. It would be nice if everyone did there job, too many things left undone, when others are in need of them, to do their job.
