GIVE PEOPLE THE CREDIT THEY DESERVE! stop lying and giving fake promises.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

- All the signs you can find in a TOXIC office.
FAVORITISM, Micromanagement, not any chance to grow in the department, people are treated like numbers (even you have good performance, it does not mean that you will be promoted or get what you deserve)
- there's no transparency, huge difference between projects (depends on the team and client)
- 1 big room with bad air circulation
- here's no culture within the company and management doesn't put any efforts into making the employees stay at the company. How could we have any culture when the colleague you become friends with, leave within 3-9 months? There's no point in making any efforts to the company's culture when you're stressing out everyday thinking if you're gonna be here the next month or not.
- The company also benefits from hiring foreigners.

the company is really bad. They didn't pay some advisors and some clients INDEED violated T&C.

The role doesn't help you gain any actual marketable skills that help you grow professionally or can be used to help you find your next role.

do not waste time and do not be like me..thinking “of course there is just negative reviews because people who have nice things to say are less likely to write it”.
Do not expect any career progression in this job.

The loyal or good employees would NEVER GET WHAT THEY DESERVE here, even some were fired due to covid situation, despite their numbers are still better than some associates they keep.

IT goes without saying, HANG OUT WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE is the key to be successfull here!

low with stupid commission system.
really UNFAIR, it is obvious, that always the same associates having more than 14 calls, because they have good team~client.

also only one lucky girl to manage the best client.

Favoritism as its finest.

Management never care of the associates who have bad clients, although they handle a heavier workload and need to put more efforts in recruiting. Many clients just drop the projects, then the recruiters get nothing.

There was a huge gap between new associates and the ones who joined before 2019. That is finally SOLVED after some movements - but still too late already and no compensation after almost a year waiting for a raise!

GP used to be a fun company.
The people were really nice, but many have left happily.

we all left because of the super POOR management and BAD leaders,
despite salary and boring tasks :o

For having a good and qualified RM PM you have to be very lucky.
Some are really arrogant,
Useless HR - lame events and always did nothing against injustice.

NO transparency, especially the early 2020 promotion was really UNFAIR.

Some well-deserved!
But one who has failed in leading the Training program after kicking TL?
or who has lower number than other associates in the team?

the WORST when they promoted someone NEW who has been harassing and fighting with many people, not only at the office but also at christmas party (BLIND HR/management?)
just creating more problems than the calls??!!
Is it the new criteria for promotion - bad attitude and performance?
Then stop asking us to complete workplace harassment training.

Interessante Aufgaben

Do not expect to be happy coming to work in the mornings for your entire time as the work becomes super repetitive once you hit a certain point quite quick (you only have two main tasks: lead gen and calls every single day).

favoritism, toxic envir, almost everything.
For HR, you do not need to waste your time to reply this review, please just pay attention to my colleagues who are still working there.
To say, I was extremely disappointed with my tenure at Guidepoint is an understatement. This is a company that has no business doing business, incentivizes unethical behavior from the top-down, and does not listen, and in many cases fires anyone that's worth keeping around.
It is a firm that does tremendous disservice to top university graduates by misleading them and offering nothing valuable for them.

Please also consider the morality of servicing particular client requests and not just the money.

before corona, you need to come from 9 and stay until 18. No home office or flexibility, unless you are special.

you should be _nice_ if you want to survive here.
They do not care how much money you hv brought to this company. Therefore, do not work or expect too much.

the salary is okay IF you achieve. For those who have bad clients, do not even bother this.
No bonus or additional support for home office.
The company is really cheap, just give laptop after corona.

The one who keeps blaming US for everything
- zero accountability.
He said he has no power but the favorite always got the part.
Didn’t feel like a professional environment at all. Place no trust in employees and no real career progression. Just a place holder job until you find something you want to do.

Firstly, the job isn’t advertised correctly - they make it out like your researching markets etc, when you’re just scrolling LinkedIn and spamming people.

Mondays meeting have shown clearly that your bonus depends on your team & client!

NO TRANSPARENCY, lucky people were promoted in January - who have no capability to do their job.

The scandalous lady who has no attitude nor good number was promoted too, then..vanished,,leaving one guy who did everything for the team, but got fired due to his performance?????!!!
Management only care about your number as an associate (unless they like you) and not about any extra work you may be doing to cover for people.

Interessante Aufgaben

• Monotonous and unskilled work
• Associates spend most of their time on LinkedIn pestering people to join the network
• Not unusual to see people join and leave within a few months
• I believe the management lacks integrity and some of the requests are ethically questionable
