Luckily the Team spirit in our department is very good. I haven't seen a better canteen (quality/price) so far. The approval of external trainings is quite convenient. High standard of living during business travels. The location is convenient to reach and nearby the city center.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
NO HOMEOFFICE!!!
Part-time working is hard to impossible to achieve.
Approval and occupation even of crucially needed positions takes much too long.
Dress code (Men with the "wrong" hair cut or without a tie will be put under pressure with specious excuses)

Traveling on weekends is recommended. Working on weekends during business travels is usual. Lack of staff causes a lot of overtime working hours.

Direct boss is great. Higher levels should better read the company's leadership principles once more.
