Trueth beeing told but I see more disgruntled and angry people than happy people. People are treated as tools and as long as they function, they will get tasked. If they don't function, they get thrown away. It's all over the place. It's not one department you have to look at. I saw people crying, I saw people giving up and I saw people getting destroyed. What is the culture of this company? Let talents flame out?

It could be said positively that there are monthly group meetings also called all-hands call. But when this is used to publicly humiliate an individual staff member, I have no respect for it and I don't waste my time on it anymore. Pure self-promotion without interaction or discussion.
But mainly I am concerned about the lies that are told in all directions, whether it is internal, external, Microsoft or UK. This consistent lying from the leadership team is unbearable and my main reason for leaving the company. Don't trust them, I would confirm my statements under oath.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As it always is when management fails, the staff hold on to each other as best they can. I enjoy the teams and there is great talent here, but the drain of talent is heartbreaking to watch and they are all leaving for the same reason. Many colleagues have not met at all. There hasn't been a get-together (party) for years. First they cut back to save costs and then came C19.
Work-Life-Balance
The industry is demanding and I don't know anyone who is not prepared to work hard. It's just that when I hear from management "We haven't worked for years, now we have to work", it shows a lack of understanding of the current situation. I would guess, in this company, that being a parent is almost impossible. There is no concept for it. I don't know how they handle it.

There are persons who act as if it were their company. I was lied to in the face and that won't happen to me again. The company values are being trampled on.

My job is exciting and I come into contact with interesting people. That's one of the best aspects of my daily tasks - always meeting new people, even if it's too much digital at the moment.
