Why do so many incompetent men become leaders at Nexplore?!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Salary, holiday pay, gratifications, 13. month’s salary.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I don‘t see any efforts by leaders to fix structural and process issues. No matter what problem you’re raising up, it’s like you’re talking to the wall. Nobody cares, nobody gives a damn crap!
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Hochtief should consider to fire the entire C-level of Nexplore and replace them through true entrepreneurs and experienced innovators! Immediately!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Sloppy innovation thinking, bad work habits influenced by poor c-level management. They just misunderstood agile dev and innovation culture.
Kommunikation
C-level is not interested about the concerns of their product teams. Honestly, they are even unable to have a constructive exchange with their engineers and designers. They’re characterised by an unwillingness to communicate.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In general, they are all cool, but a few persons are totally into gossip, constantly spreading bad vibes.
Work-Life-Balance
I had more life instead of work-life, because I was so bored of doing nothing at work. After 4 hours of lazy presence, I was ready to enjoy my “Feierabend”. 3 YEARS, EVERY DAY!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I had an associate? Didn‘t know that. Guess we just ignored each other.
Interessante Aufgaben
It sounds obvious that companies should set high quality standards for their employees and products, but unfortunately Nexplore fall short in this regard.
C-level Management isn’t really capable when it comes to entrepreneurship, innovation and digitalisation topics (I worked 15 years in that field before I came to Nexplore, just saying).
They have absolutely no clue about how a company could work. All of them are coming from Hochtief (or any construction field) with no digitalisation background.
Even user centred design approaches are totally underrated. 3 years of product development ended up in 0 user interviews and ridiculous testing strategy, because we were building products for management, not for the market.
Final note: 1 product (MVP) out of 10 made it to the launch stage after 3 years. That‘s so sad!
Arbeitsbedingungen
You have all the tools to get work done, but the office is not comfortable at all. Feels like a tax office.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Oh my! 86K € p.y. is a lot for that less work!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They don’t setup performance standards or development paths for their people. You come, do your thing, sometimes wait for tasks, and then you go. So you will be BORED af, because there‘s no challenge that supports you in your personal development (oh wait, they offer a coursera platform, so you can select an online training with 0 value).
