Almost everyone is working overtime. Yeah I like what I am doing, but I have also my family and friends I want to meet during the week. Furthermore Holidu is making a lot of empty promises - skiing trip (a team event where I am supposed to pay everything by myself?), no overtime (team meetings taking place after core working hours?!), office near city centre (besides the fact, that we were told they will move to a new office space in the city centre: OEZ is definitely not that close), meetings do not take place on time (Is that usual when no one is showing up?)

Either you tell people to go home on time or you should pay for the additional working hours!
