They challenge you for new tasks and push you out of your comfort zone, but they support you and are giving you a chance to proof yourself. No, its not always easy, but its worth it.

atmosphere is energizing and creative as everybody is willing to push the project to work optimal

communication is mostly in English and communicating with the director directly no issue

if there is any issue, we are all in the same boat. Therefore we stick together.

a lot of activity beside of work is being offered, but no need to participate. Like sport clubs.

mostly business oriented and objective.

water, tee, coffee provided. Also table which can be adapted to different heights, every table with their own electric socket and USB port for charging

everybody loves teambuildings and to bigger events family is invited too. no plastic mugs or spoons for coffee.
