It is for sure it has the Chinese culture background while there also have many German managers and staff. Basically, no need to worry about it and you can feel trust during daily work.

Quite good and modern work environment. Laptop will be updated after 3 years usage. You will get old laptop almost free. Canteen with Chinese and German style food.

It is related with responsibility and contribution. Once you are fulfilment well, you will be satisfied with it.

For career, staff will be promoted once he did the contribution. It is not selected but through person responsibility and contribution. Also, there have many methods to provide the skills improvement, including centralized training, online training, dedicated tutor etc...
