Arbeitsatmosphäre
As a NMC operator, I had positive experience in general. NMC Manager is brilliant in all aspects. He was supporting me with knowledge, guidance, pointing out good and bad sides of my work. There are quite stressful moments, but most of the time the atmosphere is leisure.
Kommunikation
NMC was lacking information and communication with other departments.

Very friendly atmosphere. Colleagues were very helpful not just job-wise. I had their support regarding a lots of things, as I was new in Germany in that time.
