International Company - good connections to Highway, infrastructure

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

see other evaluations, nothing to add. Good looking outside but the opposite inside, behaviour of TL and Managers is not fair and sometimes even rediglious.

well, since the Company was bought by Onex for almost 960 USD from Onex (private equaty) they cutted costs drasticly. By closing business units and fireing people. Simply like it is. If you are above 45 or 50 it´s completely the wrong place to work. All they say about people and values in their internet site is nice to read but not reflecting the truth. They control you wherever they can. Latest management is very young and inexperienced. Own ideas are not valued. Extreme Hirachies.

Interessante Aufgaben

very interesting if you are in the right team - which you do not know before. They change the reporting structure minimum in a 2 years frequency.

very bad. As most of them are getting to expensive their ultimate goal is to get rid of high salaried people, no matter if they are experienced or not.
