- Travelling and seeing many countries

- Unprofessional HR and Managers
- Misleading managers are so common
- No technical experts
- Travel Engineering instead of R&D Engineering
- Private use of company facilities
- No technical discussions
- More than 10 hours working so oft or travelling and working more than 12 hours.

- Be honest to the colleagues
- Don't use company budget and cars for privat use
- Change managers
- Required more engineers than managers
- HR Policy must be completely change
- Managers need to be trained

So weak about daily jobs. There is almost no technical expert and fully politics.

There is a system based on not to work further. Therefore, if you want to do something, there are always managers and collegues to make your job delayed!..

There is no HR Benefits for normal employees and there is so soft work more than 10 hours as it is forbidded in Germany. But, you must. On the other hand, fired from job!..

Managers have no technical skills and some departments everybody is manager.

Interessante Aufgaben

There is no Research and Development Project is going on HMETC. All is done by NY Team / Korea.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

There is no clear salary policy and no social contributions. Even though, there is no time to use due to the overworking hours. You go home as exhausted and in the end, nobody thanks to you.

There is no review with managers to evaluate your performace. Only criteria is be good at your managers as face, don't say wrong and illegal staff. If you try to explain, you loose your job.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Some trainings are provided by HR but for limited people and managers are against technical trainings!.. Becuase managers' knowladge is limited and they don't want to have team members to know better than them.
