Little transparency; very non-transparent salary structures; one gets the impression that, as in the area of personal development, especially longstanding employees/executive staff earn well and junior employees or career starters are paid with a non competitive salary

Within the industry branch the company has a very good reputation; otherwise quite unknown, although the company could promote more their own strengths (good working atmosphere, exciting projects, great colleagues); little potential to get a better idea of the company without having insights, as the company homepage is outdated and little information is available for outsiders / new employees

It would also be advantageous for the company to invest earlier in its employees' careers; at present, it seems as if only selected employees/managers are being supported, neglecting the career development of junior employees
