very caring, room for your own style and ideas. Interdisciplinary reliability could be improved, but im sure it will.

All infos present that need to be known and access to a lot more if interested.

Classic startup family with lots of different characters but all stick together and support each other.
Work-Life-Balance
Working times are flexible, you can absolutely get lost and work for 12 hours a day, but its not expected and you can just as well find your days to take a long lunchbreak, up to you.

Interessante Aufgaben
OnlineIdentity and Callcenter doesnt exactly scream sexy, but the problems that we solve are absolutely interesting from technical and projectmanagement perspective. Being an Astronaut would be more intresting though so 4/5 :)

Totally fair, but one must always leave a bit of room for improvement :)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not to be missunderstood, there is lots of trainings and more than enough to learn, for juniors definitly also a place to climb a few ladders, as a senior with a lot of experience though i think you reach the ceiling quickly because the C level is naturally very small and not fluctuating.
