Achieving goals will result in relatively large amount of leeway. The market is growing, customer demand is growing, you are working with enterprise accounts, regular team events are happening

Freelancing is gaining importance. Employees come and go.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Coaching of employees must be introduced. There must be clear responsibilities, tasks must be clearly assigned, trust must be built so that supervisors do not participate in all decisions. Micromanagement could be less pronounced.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Teams are very goal-driven and do not necessarily pull together. Supervisors make decisions without involving teams. Praise is missing completely, criticism is openly expressed. Trust exists only between a few employees. C-Level is involved in all tasks and communication with customers.
