I experienced Infineon and especially the Talent Network Team as an extremely supportive and empowering place to work and grow. I was given a lot of freedom and trust to tackle a wide range of projects. At the same time, my supervisors and team colleagues were always receptive to questions and ready to advise if needed. They were genuinely curious to learn about the perspectives of their working students and interns. The team culture was characterised by cohesion and appreciation, which was most palpable in how much time and care was invested in well-observed and delivered feedback.
